The Google Page Experience replace will hit the desktop in February 2022

For the desktop, remove the mobile phone:

Google Search Console is being updated to include a revised “Search Console Report” on desktop support that “starts before the desktop becomes a ranking signal,” Google said.

Even if a site has separate desktop and mobile URLs with an appropriate configuration, the desktop signal is based on the URLs that desktop users see.
