You do not want scores to make use of the Google Product Wealthy Outcomes product schema

Google’s John Mueller has confirmed that even if you don’t have reviews on your product landing pages, you can and will use product structured markup / schema on your product pages product rich results on the Google search results page.

You either need ratings, overall ratings, or offers. If you have this product on sale now, you can also use the offer type. So if you have one or more of these available, you can use product structured data and still be allowed to view rich product results on the page.

John confirmed this on Twitter but it is also in the official documents.

Here is the tweet where he confirmed it:

You either need a rating, an overall rating, or offers. If you put the product up for sale (an “Offer”) then that works.
