Microsoft Bing exams associated searches within the left sidebar

Microsoft Bing tests the placement of the related search query list on the left side of the search results page. Typically, Microsoft places these related searches on the right side of the Bing search results page.

Here’s a screenshot of it from Frank Sandtmann, a Germany-based SEO consultant, sending me cool Bing features and changes:

I can’t replicate this myself and when I try I either don’t see any related searches or I see them on the right. Here’s what I see:
