Unhealthy hyperlinks within the FAQ schema can earn you a Google penalty

Some time ago an SEO asked John Mueller from Google whether “Link to an external page from the FAQ scheme of a discount / voucher page?” John replied “sure”. I think if the link violates google webmaster guidelines then of course there is some manual action you can take.
