Google Ads supply concern affecting Gmail advertisements on desktop

Google has a new Google Ads serving issue that affects ad serving in the desktop version of Gmail. So if you run Google Ads on Gmail, your ads may not show to a “significant subset of users” according to Google.

Google posted the incident over here and wrote: “We are aware of an issue with Google Ads that affects a significant subset of users. We will provide an update by December 24, 2021 at 2:00 AM UTC indicating when we expect to fix the issue Please note this solution. Time is an estimate and is subject to change. This issue only affects ads displayed in Gmail in desktop browsers. “

Again, the problem only affects Gmail’s ads showing in desktop browsers.

It started yesterday, December 23, 2021 at around 2 p.m. ET and is still an issue right now. Google is working to solve the problem but has yet to resolve it.

You can follow up on the problem over here.
