The ActiveCampaign E-commerce dashboard displays metrics for all of your connected ecommerce stores so you can easily understand your online store’s performance with insights and recommendations on how to grow your business.

Tracking of abandoned cart links

Any links added through the Abandoned Cart Contents block are now tracked for reports, interactions, and automation. This includes links like Back to Checkout and Product Lists. That means you can now follow the top links in your abandoned cart emails to see what’s working and where you can improve to get more sales.

It helps to have multiple eyes on you Marketing Emails before sending them out to your customers. You can now send a test email for verification to up to 5 email addresses so everyone is on the same page and your customers get the best email experience possible.

When you can automate contact management, evaluate leads, monitor deals and pipelines, and track tasks, the time sinks go away. the Outlook extension you can deliver amazing customer experiences and manage all of your sales communications without leaving your email account. And now one of the most requested enhancements is available to help you stay organized and trigger automations more easily.

You can easily manage all tags and lists assigned to a contact:

  • Removed a tag or a list from a contact’s account
  • seek through existing tags and lists
  • Create new tags and add them to a contact
  • Add to a contact to an existing list
  • deduction Automations by adding to a list or a tag

We know how important the right reports are to the success of your business. Custom reports are designed with the built-in flexibility you need – and now they do even more.

  • Easily create more effective annual reports. We added a new Month Name option under each date dimension to help generate reports. This way you can only add a month dimension to your visualization without adding the year to the dimension.
  • Personalize reports even further to meet your needs. You can add new custom dimensions and measures that can be used as new field selections to give you additional options for personalizing reports based on your unique business needs.

We continue to improve all areas of the platform in our constant focus to bring you more value and make it easier to create real 1: 1 customer experiences. Here are just a few of the many updates we’ve made over the past month.

Improvements in all areas other areas of the platform contain:

  • Automation trigger. If you choose an integration as an automation trigger, you’ll now see updated categories and action labels that make it easier to understand what automations you can create with your connected apps.
  • Create segments in a few seconds. Experience improved speed performance when you use one of the following segmentation conditions: “Has Open”; “Has not opened”; “Clicked on a link”: “Did not click on a link”.

Do you create solutions with ActiveCampaign? We made new improvements to help partners such as:

  • App Studio developers can build more powerful apps. Partners can now make hosted V3 API calls within a CX app in App studio. With this feature, partners can build deeper native integrations using data models supported by the API (accounts, deals, tasks, orders).
  • Fully white label pages available for agency partners. Agency partner a generic domain (lp.page, instead of ac-page) is displayed as the default domain. Pages is now available to all agencies by default – you no longer need to request access to Pages.
