While she had a 9-to-5 job as a journalist in her twenties, Geneviève Rosen-Biller moved into a new apartment and wanted something that was better quality, easier to wash, eco-friendly, affordable and beautiful. Easy enough right? Not correct.

After searching up and down, Rosen-Biller soon discovered that there wasn’t a single brand that offered bedding that ticked all of their boxes, so she set out to create her own. “To be honest, I never intended to become an entrepreneur and I never thought of running my own company,” explains Rosen-Biller. “I’ve always dreamed of becoming a journalist. But when we sold out our first stock shipment just three weeks after Bed Threads was launched, I knew the business had potential. ”And after just six short but successful months of working full-time and Bed Threads under one roof had brought, Rosen-Biller reached the crossroads that every busy entrepreneur meets at some point. She knew she had to take a leap of faith, quit her full-time job, and give Bed Threads her full attention to take it to the next level.

Milestones reached

Fast forward to 2021, Bed Threads just celebrated its fourth birthday and a number of impressive milestones. In just a few years, Bed Threads has moved from a single category – bed linen – to an affordable luxury home textiles offering that you can enjoy in other parts of the home: bath towels, dishes, housewares and nightwear with even more launches along the way.
