Google Local Service Ads permits various background checks

Ben Fisher spotted an update to the Google Local Service Ads help docs around the review and approval process for businesses. Google Added section That says companies can require their “own dedicated background checking partner” to do the verification.

The newly added paragraph reads: “Companies that have their own dedicated background checking partner and process may request a background check equivalency check using this request form. Google reviews the request and decides whether both the background check partner and the process meet the requirements of the Google Standard.”
