Google exhibits two adverts within the native bundle

Google now shows up to two ads in local search results – the Local Pack. Joy Hawkins found it during a search the other day [lawn care near me] and shared a screenshot where Google’s local package results showed two ads above the organic local listings.

Many others have said in response to this tweet that they have also seen two ads in the local package in the past few weeks.

One thing we can safely expect from Google is to show more ads – that’s my forecast for 2022 and beyond. Yes I know I make bold predictions … 🙂
