We rejoice 1000 staff across the globe

This October, ActiveCampaign reached an incredible business milestone of 1,000 employees worldwide! It’s overwhelming to think that in 2016, a team of 15 in a small Chicago office had a distributed presence of over 1,000 employees with office hubs in Chicago, Indianapolis, Dublin, Sydney and a presence in Brazil Serving 160,000+ customers around the world. Although the team is exponentially larger than it was in 2016, our mission has remained unchanged – to help growing companies build meaningful connections with their customers.

SaaS companies often place great emphasis on celebrating unicorn status and fundraisers. However, we are aware that these milestones are not just indicators of business success. First and foremost, we celebrate our customers. But also our employees, who play a crucial role in the dynamic and help our 160,000 growing companies around the world, a mission that we are all proud of every day.

Whether we’re sending our top performers on a paid trip to Hawaii as members of our ACE Club (ActiveCampaign Elite) or giving employees who have been with the company for five or more years a month-long paid sabbatical, we love celebrating #TeamAC.

We cannot celebrate our milestone of 1,000 employees worldwide without taking the time to recognize the great Talent Acquisition team. Our TA team is directly responsible for growing our teams around the globe in the midst of a global pandemic in which we nearly doubled the size of our team! There’s no stopping this team!

It has been so rewarding to see our organization grow over the years. I’m incredibly proud of our Talent Acquisition Team at ActiveCampaign, who continue to play an important role in building a world-class team to support our 150,000 companies around the world. We have hired over a third of our employees since the pandemic, which confirms the hard work of the team, but also the industry-leading benefits and career opportunities we offer to all of our employees that make ActiveCampaign a great place to work.

I am proud of what we do at ActiveCampaign and it is so exciting for me to work with our employees day in and day out and strengthen their voices inside and outside the company.
