From the world of search engine optimization businesses to the start-up world

Miriam Schwab is the co-founder and CEO of Strattic, a static hosting and publishing platform for WordPress. I’ve known Miriam for many, many years, maybe even 2004 or 2005. She had an agency called illuminea for over 13 years where she did a lot of things including SEO and digital marketing. Speaking at SMX Israel and other events over the years, we remembered the first SMX Israel called SphinnCon Israel. After many years she switched from the agency world to the startup world.

Agency world to start-up world:

Miriam explained that her agency illuminea is a WordPress expert. So not only did you do the technical WordPress development, but you also worked on the marketing of these websites and were excited about SEO. The concept for Strattic grew out of running her agency, the frustrations she had with WordPress. Like those Wix commercials that didn’t go over well with most people.

During her research into solving these WordPress problems, she came across static site generators and hence her inspiration for Strattic came from. She loved WordPress and came up with a solution to using WordPress but is creating a static version of the website. Miriam explained the mindless concept to her solution.

Strattic helps with SEO:

Strattic helps with SEO with website speed, easier crawling, fewer server problems, overall website performance, improved conversion rates and so on. Strattic is also working on solutions to improve key web vital problems. You have many plans for the future of software.
