We’re excited to introduce an optimized, streamlined navigation experience in the ActiveCampaign platform. These improvements make it:

1. Quicker to navigate around the platform
2. Easier to find related features, settings, and reports
3. Simpler to complete core ActiveCampaign tasks

In the coming weeks, you’ll be able to complete many of your most-used ActiveCampaign tasks in a fewer clicks, including:

• Creating and managing contact lists
• Configuring and updating feature-specific settings
• Reviewing and exporting feature-specific reports
• And more!

What’s new?

Relevant features will now be grouped together—no more jumping around the platform

We want to make sure your experience is as intuitive as possible. That’s why we’re bringing relevant features together so you can spend less time jumping around the platform and more time automating your customer experiences. Based on customer feedback, we’ve decided to move Lists under the Contact sub-navigation and Tasks under the Deals sub-navigation.

Access settings and reports at the moment, right where you need them

The improved left-hand navigation groups related settings and reports into key features areas like Contacts, Deals, and Website so you can get working on your sales and marketing tasks quickly and efficiently without having to navigate into other areas of the platform.

To view related settings and reports, click into any main feature on the navigation bar. Settings will be available under the Manage section, and relevant reports will be available under the Reports section. Please note you will still have access to the general Settings and Reports pages from the main navigation.

Easily collapse and expand the navigation

If you need more space on your ActiveCampaign dashboard to complete tasks, you can easily collapse the navigation. To do this, click on the arrow at the top-right corner of the navigation. To expand the navigation bar, just click on the same arrow again.

Improved readability and accessibility

You’ll also notice updated colors and icons which improve readability and accessibility.

When these improvements are made available in your account, you’ll be prompted to take a tour through a brief, helpful in-app guide. We hope you’ll find these improvements effective in making it easier for you to complete your most-used ActiveCampaign tasks in a fewer clicks.
