Which search engine can compete with the Google survey? DuckDuckGo, Bing, Brave or Neeva

Brodie Clark has published a poll on Twitter that has about nine hundred answers and asks, “Which search engine has the best chance of competing with Google in the next 10 years?” The search engine with the most votes was DuckDuckGo, beating Microsoft Bing.

I’m surprised that I personally voted for Microsoft as they really are the closest to Google in terms of the intelligence, algorithms, resources and skills to really compete with Google. But if you’re like me, radio commercials (if you’re listening to the radio) only hear DuckDuckGo commercials – including one that targets JohnMu:

That being said, the results have DuckDuckGo with about 45% of the vote, Bing with about 37% of the vote, Brave with 13% of the vote, and Neeva with 5% of the vote.
