1. Present customer testimonials

If you’ve been in business for a while and have earned the respect of many loyal customers or clients, using a YouTube video to feature some of those people or companies who are providing real testimonials about your product / service can be very effective and be inexpensive solution. Since YouTube allows you to speak to your audience directly, you can use your videos to encourage viewers to take certain action after they’ve watched your video. A video call-to-action is an invitation to people to take immediate action, such as linking, donating, or buying videos with their friends.

Many people turn to YouTube for entertainment because the service is full of funny, whimsical, and outrageous videos. You or your company can jump on this bandwagon and produce videos that offer pointless entertainment, but at the same time incorporate subtle product placements or marketing messages about your company or its products into the videos. Creativity is essential for this type of video because what you post needs to be unique, engaging, funny, and entertaining. Again, a soft sell approach is key.

4. Promote or share highlights of an event
